On the territory of the park, opened in 2016, ready-made industrial land plots are provided for ownership and rent. The park area of 80 hectares has all the necessary infrastructure. TAX BENEFITS AND PREFERENCES
  • provision of land plots for the implementation of projects on preferential terms;
  • exemption from land tax;
  • rent of a land plot (industrial category) 1.5% of the cadastral value;
  • the redeemable value of the land is 1800 rubles per 1 hectare or 18 kopecks per 1 sq. m. m of land;
  • the cost of electricity is 4.70 rubles/kW (instead of 8 rubles/kW);
  • exemption from property and transport taxes;
  • the interest rate on the USN is 1% (instead of 6%), and in the case of the USN «Income minus expenses» – up to 5% (instead of 15%).
